Country White Bread

Country White Bread
Adapted from The Bread Lover’s Bread Machine Cookbook

1 2/3 cups water
1 1/2 tbsp oil- vegetable or light olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
4 cups bread flour
2 tbsp instant potato flakes
1.4 cup nonfat dry milk
1 tbsp plus 1 tsp gluten
2 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp SAF yeast or 1 tbsp bread machine yeast

Place all ingredients in pan in order listed.  Set machine to basic cycle, 2 lb. loaf.
