Fish Tacos with Jicama-Mango Slaw and Passion Fruit Margaritas

I picked up some fresh mahi at the fish market and made fish tacos.  I thought the recipe was lacking, but Forrest enjoyed it.

1 medium mango- peeled and cut into thin strips
1/2 red pepper- cut into thin strips
