Slow Cooker Butter Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons garam masala
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • teaspoon salt
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.   Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve with rice.
